We did a customised 8D7N tour of Hanoi, Hue and Hoi An. If you’re going for a private tour, you can’t go wrong with Indochina Voyages. Customer service was excellent right from the start of my query. Daniel, the travel consultant I dealt with was very efficient and always prompt with his responses to my queries. He tailored the itinerary to my specific needs, nothing was too much hassle for him. The holiday went smoothly, the hotels were superb, transport was nice and comfortable. The tour guides were good, in particular, Long who was with us for 3 days in Hue and Hoi An. They spoke good English, were informative, which made the holiday more interesting. Our first trip in Vietnam, we had a really good holiday!
