Can be eaten as a soup or a dry dish, Mi Quang is a type of noodle made from rice flour. Although it might remind you of Mi Quang in Danang, there is a little difference here on its way up from the coast to the mountains. Not only being served with more gravy and herbs, Mi Quang in Dalat with the gigantic pig’s trotter which is always overcooked until the fat and meat are so tender that you can feel it melt in your mouth is a must-eat dish.  Moreover, instead of the thick yellow noodles used in the coast, Mi Quang in Dalat which is replaced with thin white ones, costs about 30,000 VND.
