Our trip did not even begin due to the air traffic disruption in the Middle East, but we would like to give a 5* review to our tour operator Indo China Voyages and especially to Ms. Huong Nguyen who was coordinating our tour.
We are 2 couples travelling from Canada and the U.K. for our first trip to Vietnam. We started planning this trip with Huong several months ago for tours, transportation and cruises which required a lot of coordination and patience from both sides.
We were extremely pleased with her kind, efficient, proactive and speedy assistance throughout the booking process. Huong made excellent suggestions and guided us in finalising our plans.
We know that Huong and her operations team were fully prepared and ready to go, but sadly due to the Middle East crisis, we were unable to travel.
Indo China Voyages were very good in helping us cancel our trip and they applied the most flexible policy for this cancellation.
We truly appreciate Huong’s efforts at every stage and when we’re able to travel again, we will contact her right away. Huong is a real asset to her company and we wish them all well.
